My Meal Prep Thursday

I am sure you have all heard this saying before “failing to prepare is preparing to fail”. I know this may sound a bit harsh but it is SO true, especially when it comes to preparing your meals. ALL of us are busy in our day-to-day lives. Whether you are a mom, student or working full time, it can be hard (or absolutely impossible!) to cook all of your meals at home each day. This is where meal preparation can quickly become your best friend! Without meal prep, you increase your chances of eating junk or convenience foods if you get busy or caught without food.

So what is meal prep? Meal prep can mean different things to each person, so it is important you find a routine and plan that works for you. For this group of ladies, it was WILDTREE WORKSHOP to the rescue!!  To them it is about saving time in the kitchen, eating healthy meals, lowering dinnertime stress, not crying when you hear the words “what’s for dinner” and not panicking when 5pm hits you and you don’t have a plan.

Thank you for hosting the FUN and PRODUCTIVE 2 hours together Marci!!  We enjoyed the yummy snacks you made using the Wildtree products and the Recipe tab at http://www.wildtree.com.   Thank you for coming to your second workshop Casey and Anna!  I know you will love these meals as much as you loved the first 10-20.  Excited to hear feedback from you and your family on your meals and stress free dinnertime, Delinia, Delores, Catha, Megan, Laura, Rachel and Sara.  Thank you for joining us and I can’t wait until the next workshop coming up!
