I am sure you have all heard this saying before “failing to prepare is preparing to fail”. I know this may sound a bit harsh but it is SO true, especially when it comes to preparing your meals. ALL of us are busy in our day-to-day lives. Whether you are a mom, student or working full time, it can be hard (or absolutely impossible!) to cook all of your meals at home each day. This is where meal preparation can quickly become your best friend! Without meal prep, you increase your chances of eating junk or convenience foods if you get busy or caught without food.
So what is meal prep? Meal prep can mean different things to each person, so it is important you find a routine and plan that works for you. For the families I meal prepped with last night, it was WILDTREE WORKSHOP KITS to the rescue!! To them it is about saving time in the kitchen, eating healthy meals, lowering dinnertime stress, not crying when you hear the words “what’s for dinner”, stocking the freezer before baby comes and not panicking when 5pm hits you and you don’t have a plan.
